**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Trade Marketing Specialist to lead our trade marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that enhance our product visibility and drive sales across various channels, including retail, distribution, and e-commerce.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Strategic Development:** Design and implement comprehensive trade marketing strategies that effectively promote our products in retail and e-commerce channels.
- **Channel Growth:** Drive the growth of each channel independently, identifying opportunities and implementing tailored strategies to maximize performance.
- **Sales Forecasting:** Analyze and forecast sales trends for each channel, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- **Commercial Policy:** Establish and refine company commercial policies that align with our vision and support our expansion plans.
- **Market Analysis:** Conduct thorough market trend analysis and competitor research to inform marketing initiatives, ensuring our strategies remain competitive and relevant.
- **Promotional Materials:** Create compelling promotional materials and coordinate trade shows, events, and other marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
- **Distributor Management:** Cultivate and manage strong relationships with distributors, regularly evaluating their performance and rebate structures to drive mutual success.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and drive overall brand visibility.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade marketing or a similar role, preferably within the cosmetics or consumer goods industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proven track record of developing successful trade marketing strategies that drive sales growth.
