Job Responsibilities &Duties:
* Gather financial data from various departments or subsidiaries
* Combine financial statements and reports into a consolidated format.
* Ensure consistency and accuracy between different financial records
* Prepare consolidated financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
* Ensure that all financial consolidations comply with accounting standards and regulations
* Ensure all consolidation activities adhere to legal and regulatory requirements
*Identify potential risks in the consolidation process and develop mitigation strategies
Required skills and qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
* 6-8 years of experience in the same role.
*CPA, ACCA Or IFRS Diploma is a plus
