- Participate in setting company’s sales policies.
- Report relevant market changes, competitor activities and sales performance on regular basis.
- Follow up handling of Customer Complaints.
- Follow up credit of customers and ensure payment on time.
- Develop and penetrate new channels and Seek new opportunities in the market via meeting with important clients and scout for potential prospects regularly.
- Follow up the Samples for customer approval to process the order.
- Follow Up Order Processing from getting the order from Client/Agent till Order delivery on agreed time with all concerned Parties.
- Follow up shipping of the order and ensure its arrival to the customer as per agreed timing.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity and prepare regular forecasts to enable effective forward planning.
Fresh graduates (bachelor’s degree) are welcomed to apply. Preference is given to graduates of the Faculties of Engineering, the Faculty of Science (Chemistry), and the Faculty of Science (Geology).Decent and presentable profiles.No prior work experience required, but internships or part-time jobs in sales or customer service are a plus.Excellent communication, and negotiation skills.Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.Willingness to learn and adapt.Professional Emailing (in English) is a Must.High level English language is a Must, written and spoken.Strong knowledge of Excel & other MS Office.Willingness to travel as needed.Preference for candidates who lives in New-Cairo or near areas
