- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in Real estate development field.Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical and project management skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
