1- Identify short-term and long-term hiring needs
2- Set performance standards and evaluate local HR teams
3- Design employees’ compensation and benefits packages

6- Determine training plans per employee and department
7- Prepare and manage division’s budget
8- Track recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements, as needed
9- Design and implement company policies that comply with our business objectives
10- Ensure all HR operations adhere to legal standards
11- Support staff and managers on day-to-day issues
