Planning Manpower Needs and Leading the Recruitment and Placement Operations.
- Responsible for updating the Job Evaluation System, Job Design, Job Descriptions, and the correct Grading of jobs.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
- Reviews and maintains employee personnel files and ensure that they are completed and complies with labor law & the company policies.
- Responsible for contracts and follow up Hiring required documents.
- Keep track of company attendance and employees' leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave.
- Maintains personnel files & forms in compliance with applicable requirements.
- Responsible for reviewing the overall payroll process Including overtime and deduction.
- Work as a link between senior management and employees by dealing with questions and helping to solve problems related to work.
- implementing, and monitoring all the required regulations, policies, and procedures in relation to human resources
* Bachelor degree in business administration or related filed.* 5 to 10 years of experience in the same role.* Experience in Talent acquisition in the Real Estate industry is a must. * Leadership skills.* V. Good command in English* Giza resident is preferred.
