We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team at a seafood restaurant in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
  • Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Create and maintain budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers
  • Train and supervise staff, ensuring they are providing excellent customer service and following company policies and procedures
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and promoting employee growth and development
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain proper food handling and storage procedures
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and update menus, ensuring the highest quality and freshness of ingredients
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback and performance evaluations
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competition to make necessary changes and improvements to the restaurant's operations and offerings


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end seafood restaurant
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including ordering, inventory management, and budgeting
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
  • Fluency in English, & Arabic
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred
