Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise workers maintaining electromechanical systems and equipment.
- Implement and monitor maintenance for all systems.
- Oversee daily field readings and verify equipment functionality.
- Manage inventory, storekeeping, and material requisitions.
- Review daily work reports and maintain operation and maintenance manuals.
Qualifications:B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferably from Cairo or Ain Shams University).1-3 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of buildings (hotels, large residential complexes, or offices).Knowledge of electromechanical equipment, light current systems (CCTV, BMS, fire alarm, etc.), and technical manuals.Proficiency in English (spoken and written).Computer skills (MS Office, BMS, AutoCAD).
