  • Conducting market research to identify potentials & challenges.
  • Open New Markets & generating new leads & business opportunities along with keeping strong relations & close follow-up with current customers.
  • Developing long-term relationships and Persuading clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Approaching customers with all categories (Owners, Consultants, Contractors, and applicators)
  • Cooperate with all relevant department/ functions (logistics, local sales, customer support, plant operations,.etc) to maintain all the export department’s process efficiently
  • Ensure the overall Material export & shipment process till the final destination in coordination with the other involved parties in the export cycle.
  • Maintaining the technical meetings with the customers.
  • Prepare and submit performance reports to the concerned stakeholders & suggest corrective actions whenever needed.
  • Ensure adherence to legal & company policies & procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if needed.
  • Fulfill the pre - Set performance goals & deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans.
  • Manage complaints & resolve problems of customers.

Solid Experience in Export Field preferably in Asia/ Africa & Europe.Very good Knowledge of Sales & Negotiation Techniques.Construction building material experience is an asset.Excellent command of English language both speaking and writing.Knowledge of other languages would be a plus.Full awareness  of Export Function in terms of procedures, international agreements, processes & payment documentation Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Architecture, Production) Experience: 3-5 Years in Export field.
