products to our customers. We are looking for a skilled Distribution Manager to oversee our
distribution operations and ensure efficient delivery of our products
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Management: Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and
customer services
Order Cycle Coordination: Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle
Supplier and Customer Liaison: Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers
retailers, and consumers.
Inventory Control: Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport
costs, and efficiency
Warehouse Management: Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes, and
process shipments
Problem Resolution: Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to distribution
Team Supervision: Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce
Performance Metrics: Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and
implement improvements.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
:Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain
Management, or a related field
Experience: Proven experience as a distribution manager or in a similar managerial
role
Skills: Strong leadership qualities, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple
tasks efficiently
Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional
(CSCP) or Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD) are a plus
