Duties & Responsibilities:

- *Job Posting and Sourcing: * Post job openings on various platforms and actively source candidates through databases, job boards, social media, and networking.
- *Screening and Interviewing: * Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified candidates.
- *Candidate Placement: * Match candidates to suitable positions based on their skills, experience, and the client’s requirements.
- *Onboarding: * Assist in the onboarding process of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the client’s organization.
3. *Team Management*
- *Supervising Recruitment Staff: * Oversee a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- *Setting Recruitment Goals: * Establish and monitor recruitment targets, ensuring the team meets its objectives.
- *Resource Allocation: * Allocate resources efficiently to meet the demands of clients and candidates.
4. *Compliance and Reporting*
- *Regulatory Compliance: * Ensure that all recruitment and placement activities comply with legal standards and company policies.
- *Reporting: * Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, financial performance, and client satisfaction to upper management.
- *Database Management: * Maintain accurate records in the agency’s database, including client details, candidate profiles, and placement history.
5. *Business Development*
- *Identifying New Business Opportunities: * Research and identify potential clients, industries, or markets for expansion.
- *Marketing Strategies: * Collaborate on marketing strategies to promote the agency’s services and attract new clients.
6. *Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution*
- *Addressing Issues: * Resolve conflicts between clients and candidates, handling any issues related to placements, and ensuring satisfaction for both parties.
- *Feedback Management: * Collect and act on feedback from clients and candidates to improve the staffing process.
7. *Training and Development*
- *Staff Training: * Provide training programs for new recruiters, enhancing their skills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and client management.
- *Professional Development: * Keep up with industry trends and advancements, ensuring the agency remains competitive.
Qualification and Skills Required:Bachelor's Degree: * Often in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Previous Experience in HR or Staffing: * Usually 5-8 years of experience in HR, staffing, or a related field.Communication Skills; Verbal Communication: Ability to clearly convey information to potential candidates and team members.Written Communication: Strong writing skills for creating job postings, email correspondence, and reports.Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
