- Document & ensure the availability of all project documentation including but not limited to projects plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings, distribute minutes to all project team members & ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Follow-up the implementation of actions agreed upon during meetings.
- Follow-up with the PMO team members on the open actions to ensure they are closed.
- Collect all required data & prepare presentations when needed.
- Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager.
- Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
