:Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet those needs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the data center infrastructure, network, storage, and computing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions and coordinate efforts to meet client requirements.
• Ensure inclusive &timely achievement of sales forecasts through allocated resources (people & budget) while promoting the company’s image and products.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Meeting with customers to follow up on new projects before and after awarding.
• Participate in new tenders & RFPs and manage negotiations with customers.
• Work with the Presales team to prepare and review the requested RFQ.
