Tender
Reviews the Tender Package & Bill of Quantities (Quantities and rates) / assist in maintain the targeted development requirement.
Monitor projected expenditure against allowances made in the approved Budget Estimate.
Prepare and submission of Project cash flow forecasts and monthly updates there of at the completion of each design and tender documentation stage covering consultancy agreements and construction contracts.
Review the Priced Bill of quantity Cost Analysis.
Provide cost advice during the final development of the design, including cost comparisons reviews of alternative design or construction solutions
Responsible for Tender Process until Awarding to the suitable Contractor.
Evaluate the Technical / Financial Proposals submitted by Tenderer’s with the suitable scoring criteria
Value Engineering for Design to Eliminate the cost of the Project
Review the contract terms in alignment with other departments to ensure project requirements

Project Execution
Project presentation & cost analysis whenever required.
Preparing cost performance report (CPR) through the project on a monthly basis.
Responsible of all cost elements of projects.
Evaluate and approve variation order as well as tender B.O.Q.
Value Engineering for Design to Eliminate the cost of the Project
Evaluate & Approve contractor monthly invoices /review QS / IR’s / escalation / etc. Evaluate & approve consultants Invoices.
Evaluate & approve all sorts of payments concerning the contractor / consultants such as tax related item.
