Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems Focal point to manage the office facility, coordinate actions with landlord and service providers as needed (security, janitorial services provider, etc) Ensure the office facility is always in order from safety, cleanliness and organization standpoints
Coordinate procurement activities, raise purchase requisitions, in collaboration with vendors and internal functions.
Responsible to implement periodic corporate employees engagement events
Responsible for appropriate documentation filing and archiving, both electronically and hard copies
Supports leadership traveling from abroad with hotel bookings and local logistics
