Responsibilities:
* Monitor and moderate online discussions, comments, and our social media platforms to ensure compliance with our brand guidelines and standards.
* Engage with our customers, address their queries, and facilitate positive interactions.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and enforce guidelines and best practices.
* Analyze trends and feedback to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Online sales platforms, including handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing product information.
* Support the implementation of sales promotions and campaigns to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
* Develop strategies for increasing online sales and improving customer experience.
* Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback to inform ongoing sales strategies.
* Send to old customers that were interested to try to see if they are ready to purchase.
* Moderate the WhatsApp number integrated on our website.
* Utilize cross-selling and up-selling techniques to promote additional products or services that complement the customer’s original purchase.
Qualifications:* Experience in moderation, or similar role, combined with a background or strong interest in online sales.* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.* Familiarity with online platforms and social media tools.* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.* Detail-oriented with a strong sense of integrity and fairness in enforcing guidelines.* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.* Experience in online sales or customer support.* Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
