We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of Promech Group and its sub-brands. You will collaborate closely with our Marketing Director, Digital Marketing Manager, and Content Creator to create compelling visual content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of high-quality visual content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, webinars, and printed materials.
- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative strategies that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Design eye-catching graphics for our LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram pages, enhancing our online presence and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Brand Managers to create unique visual identities for each sub-brand under Promech Group.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the company's visual identity and meet the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality of our visual content.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and interns within the marketing department.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including branding, digital, and print.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).Experience in designing for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and web.Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of 3D design or animation is a plus.
