As a Travel Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their travel needs. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of travel arrangements, from booking tickets and hotels to organizing complete travel packages. Your goal is to provide exceptional service, ensure customer satisfaction, and help meet sales targets.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email to identify their travel needs, such as booking tickets, hotels, transportation, etc., and suggest suitable travel packages.
- Convert inquiries into bookings to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Answer customer questions about travel destinations, visas, and other travel-related topics.
- Make reservations, manage travel arrangements, provide advice to customers, and ensure high-quality service.
- Plan and organize travel programs for clients (both domestic and international, groups/individuals) by booking tickets, arranging airport transfers, hotel reservations, visas, etc.
- Maintain good communication with hotels for contracting and bookings.
- Negotiate with hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, and other companies to secure the best possible rates.
- Build relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills.
