- Creating projects schedules.
- Creating reports of business progress and completion rates.
- Comparing the actual progress with the planned and assessing the deviation and reducing it by making a review of the timetable and compressing it. .
- Identifying and analyzing the causes of delays and intervening to solve them to avoid deviation from the planned course as much as possible.
- Load the resources of labor and cash flows into the timetable and then know what the project needs to complete according to the terms and contractual dates.
- Creating planned cash flow process of all projects and follow up the actual progress.
Mechanical & Electrical Educational Background is preferred.Construction background is a must.Min. 3 - 5 years of experience.Good communication, interpersonal, influence and networking skills.Fluent in English.
