Working Conditions:
- This role may require working in a factory environment with exposure to machinery noise, electrical hazards, and other industrial conditions.
- On-call availability may be required for handling emergencies or urgent maintenance needs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Maintenance, or a related field.Relevant Certifications (e.g., Certified Electrical Maintenance Professional) are an advantage.Experience:Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment, preferably in an injection molding plastic company.Proven experience managing a team of electrical technicians.Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, drives, automation, and control systems used in injection molding and plastic manufacturing.Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex electrical issues.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to develop and manage budgets effectively.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Familiarity with electrical safety standards, regulations, and best practices.Proficient in using maintenance management software and other relevant computer applications.
