Human Resources Manager

  • Developing corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
  • Acting to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
  • Overseeing all HR initiatives and systems
  • Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
  • Serve as the point of contact for employment relations and communicate with labor unions
  • Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required
  • Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics.
  • Assists in the development, implementation, and compliance of Human Resource policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee handbooks, communications and/or meetings.
  • Overseeing the manpower plan and the performance management programs.
  • Help management in cascading the departmental goals to employee’s KPA with setting a measurable KPI.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement and innovation as it related to improving processes, addressing performance, creating action plans and ensuring proper training and development of employees.
  • Actively participates with the interviewing, and hiring process.

Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration or other relevant majorsHR Management, Recruitment, and Policy Development skillsTraining and Development expertiseKnowledge of labor laws and regulationsHR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus10+ years’ experience within a multinational corporationPreferably women
