• We're looking for a results-oriented Factory Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of our building and construction materials production facility.
• Lead and manage a team , likely including Epoxy, Powder, and Mortar production.
• Ensure the production of top-quality products according to set schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized factory environment.
• Oversee adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements, including environmental regulations.
• Implement and maintain quality management systems like EHS and ISO 9001.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating and developing your team.
• Manage the factory budget and ensure accurate monthly reporting.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address production issues.
• Possess a strong understanding of equipment, engineering processes, and productivity KPIs.
• Manage and optimize factory inventory through cycle counts and physical verification processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in building and construction materials manufacturing.

Bachelor's degree in engineering.Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role in building and construction material.
