Personnel Officer

1. Handling all employees’ personnel files.
2. Ensure that all employees hiring documents have been submitted to the personal files.
3. Handling all communication with the social insurance office. 
4. Tracking contract end dates for all staff and faculty members and seeking line manager's approvals for renewing contracts.
5. Issuing contracts for all staff & Faculty members.
6. Responsible for all Social Insurance forms (1,6&2) and all activities related to any legal issues.
7. Liaison between HR Department and Legal department in any related matters. 
8. Conducting Exit interviews for resigned employees.
9. Responsible for all resignation process.
10. Tracking all types of leaves balance for employees.
11. Extract different reports from the HR personnel system as requested.
12. Perform other HR tasks as assigned.


1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration from a reputable university.2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in the HR field.3. Strong knowledge of Egyptian Social Insurance and Labor law.4. Excellent command of MS Office.5. Excellent communication skills.6. Attention to details.7. Very good command of English language.
