- Oversee quality control for manufacturing, including inspections of materials, in-process and finished products, and repair services, ensuring compliance with technical specifications.
- Ensure day-to-day activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, while monitoring the project quality management system's effectiveness.
- Maintain calibration of inspection tools, manage quality documentation, and ensure contractor quality requirements are fulfilled.
- Attend pre-bid and client quality meetings, coordinating project requirements with bidders and other stakeholders.
- Conduct internal and external audits, monitor nonconformance reports, and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, focusing on compliance, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental policies, reporting incidents and monitoring legislative changes impacting operations.
1+ year of Quality Control experience in Receiving Inspection is preferred.Previous Oil and Gas downstream processes experience is preferred.Must have good English written and verbal communication skills.Good arithmetic skills.Mechanical aptitude.Must be able to use measuring instruments and tools.
