To guide planning (and sometimes manage/create plans templates), control implementation, control compliance, resources (budget and time), and controlling all the activities of the small unit of CFMOTO in both projects and on-going operations. This includes projects related to launch and operate new products, propositions and prices, services, and other cross-functional operational activities that require alignment and synergies between the Unit and all other MATGR departments (Management, Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance, Engineering, Legal and HR) as well as outside partners (contractors, designers, sub-contractors, government, etc.).
Overall, the main core function is consensus through alignment, and to ensure the satisfactory implementation of agreed actions by owners specially those on critical path that impact the main deadline or increase the consumption of resources. Also, the full management of regular meetings with Management and any relevant stakeholders/owners with agreed agenda and reports to review by management and agree to new projects or corrective actions.
Knowledge of all processes and stakeholders and operations of Telecom Commercial teams is a key-factor.
- to 5 years of relevant experience in Telecom operators specifically in Commercial (Marketing and Sales) departments.- BSc, BA in relevant field- Full Microsoft 365/Google Workspace skills specially spreadsheets and presentations.- Excellent and tested leadership and communication advanced skills.- PMP is optional
