- Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing safety, health, and environmental (HSE) initiatives within the company.
- Support developing and enforcing safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Identify and evaluate potential hazards, recommending preventive and corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with managers to prepare risk analysis records for various activities, ensuring safety measures are in place.
- Assist in identifying hazardous workplace conditions and contribute to their resolution.
- Monitor and conduct periodic environmental measurements and sampling at different locations, analyzing results and recommending necessary actions for violations.
- Participate in creating lifting plans for critical lifting operations, securing approval from project consultants, and monitoring their implementation.
- Prepare purchase requisitions and ensure the availability of safety tools and equipment.
- Investigate accidents and injuries. recommend preventive and corrective measures to avoid recurrence.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Certification in HSE standards such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with different departments and personnel.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing safety issues.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to conduct site inspections and work in various industrial environments.Willingness to work in different locations as required.
