The intern should:
- Handle all documentation activities related to the designated assignments (Assessment centers)
- Coordinate Assessment assignments for designated clients with focus on Assessment operations.
- Run all Back-Office Operations with other Assessment Team for Assessment-in-training projects including compilation, revision and report development and communication to participants.
- Be In charge of managing the data and generation of Thomas International Reports according to the system requirements.
- Be responsible for managing the translation assignments within the department in coordination with external contractors/translators.
- Working on compiling and formatting some of the pen-paper tests including reasoning and language.
- Be responsible for running all Thomas International website administration tasks.
- Provide presentations on Thomas International in some projects or briefing for built-in programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
