The ideal candidate should have a profound understanding of ERP systems and a passion for optimizing business processes through strategic ERP implementation.

Job Description:

As a Senior ERP Consultant at Digital Vision Company "Divic", you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through the successful implementation and enhancement of ERP solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass understanding client needs, designing tailored solutions, and ensuring the seamless integration of ERP systems into their operational framework.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Consultation: Collaborate closely with clients in Cairo to comprehend their business processes, challenges, and specific requirements for ERP implementation.

2. Solution Design: Develop comprehensive ERP solutions that align with the unique needs of each client, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.

3. Implementation Leadership: Lead the ERP implementation process, coordinating with technical teams and ensuring the successful deployment of ERP systems on-site.

4. Customization: Tailor ERP solutions based on client specifications, integrating additional modules and functionalities as required.

5. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and support staff during the ERP implementation phase. Address and resolve any post-implementation issues promptly.

6. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in ERP technologies. Propose and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as ERP Consultant, focusing on successful ERP implementations.
• Proficiency in one or more leading ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ERPNext, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
• Familiarity with integration techniques, data migration, and system optimization within ERP environments.
• Experience in conducting training sessions and providing post-implementation support.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic project environment.
