Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quality Manager at REDCON Construction Co. S.A.E. The Senior Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and improving the quality management systems, conducting audits, implementing quality control processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations on the construction sites in Cairo, Egypt.
Qualifications
- Quality Management, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control skills
- Experience in conducting audits and implementing quality management systems
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations in the construction sector
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Certifications in Quality Management or related field are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
