This role involves setting objectives, developing new business opportunities, managing the tendering process, negotiating deals, signing contracts, and consistently hitting set targets. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in expanding our company's brand, identifying new potential clients, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Proactively identify and qualify potential clients, focusing on key decision-makers within real estate development companies.
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Prepare comprehensive technical and financial proposals, pre-qualification documents, and compelling presentations in collaboration with design and en
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective market entry and expansion strategies.
- Proactively identify and research potential clients within the construction, development, and related industries.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert them into high-value project opportunities for Elgabaly Architects.
- Analyze small to large enterprises to tailor business strategies accordingly.
- Team Management:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Delegate tasks and manage team performance to achieve business objectives.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Proactively address client needs and concerns.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with clients.
