Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Direct Sales Representative (Outsourced) to join our team.
The Direct Sales Officer is responsible for generating new business opportunities and acquiring new customers for the bank's products and services through direct outreach and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target prospective individual and commercial clients in the bank's service area
- Initiate contact with potential customers to arrange and conduct in-person meetings to present the bank's products and services
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
- Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close sales effectively
- Maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and manage the full sales cycle
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets
- Continuously expand product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalents.
- Minimum 1-3 years of direct sales in the banking/financial services industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities
- Familiarity with various banking products, services, and regulatory requirements
- Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory as needed
