Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the fragrance or luxury goods industry. This role is crucial to driving our sales growth and expanding our market presence. The Senior Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Lazaro Scents' market share.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Mentor and support junior sales staff, providing guidance and sharing best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fragrance, luxury goods, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Requirements:
- Residence in or near First Settlement is preferred due to the on-site nature of
the job.Willi- ngness to commute occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
