Responsibilities:
• Increasing the company’s potential and existing customers.
• Receiving and following up on potential customer inquiries until they are active.
• Preparing export offers according to client needs and company's procedures.
• Negotiating prices, payment, and delivery terms.
• Representing the company in local and international trade fairs.
• Communicating with the Production and Finance departments to enable an efficient export process.
• Following up on export payment collections.
• Evaluating export markets and opportunities through market analysis.
• Managing customers feedback, opportunities, and complaints.
2-4 years of experience in export field of (Frozen Fruits and Vegetables).• Bachelor’s degree.• Very good English language written & spoken.• Excellent negotiation and communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers.• Strong computer skills, MS Excel, experienced ERP System.• Excellent time-management, and problem-solving skills.
