- Drafts and reviews contracts forms, as well as dealing with contractual documentations.
- Review BOQ item’s breakdown, relative weights & calculate the inflation as per contract terms.
- Reviews, discusses, and negotiates the terms of the contract.
- Identifies risks and develops risk mitigation plans
- Ensures identification, documentation, submission of claims, and variations.
- Drafts contractual letters to get them approved by Project Manager and send them to Client, Subcontractors, Government bodies etc.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Advise management on risk factors and recommend solutions.
- Maintain accurate and organized contract records, including amendments and renewals. Ensure proper documentation and filing of all contract-related materials
- Analyze contract terms and conditions to determine their impact on the project . Provide insights and recommendations to optimize contract performance.
Bachelor Degree Civil or Architecture Engineering. Very good command of English. Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is a must. CLAC Certificate and Experience is a plus. Proficient use of Microsoft Office Applications, Auto-CAD, and Primavera.
