We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Social Service Manager to lead Merqah Foundation's social services team.
The Social Service Manager will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the organization's social programs by overseeing case management, and resource allocation he will be key in optimizing service delivery, maximizing impact, and improving overall program efficiency. The Social Service Manager will provide guidance and support to the social services team members.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Developing comprehensive operational plans, setting goals, and allocating resources effectively.
- Project Management: Overseeing various projects, including field research and document collection.
- Financial Management: Managing budgets, processing financial requests, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Donor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, manage donor requests, and ensure donor satisfaction.
- Train, and develop staff: Conduct performance evaluations and implement strategies for employee growth and development.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Social Service, or a related field.+5 experience in non-profit organizations is a must.Males and Females max. Age 40 years.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and willingness to take initiative in driving process improvements.
