Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Extensive experience as a Contracts Engineer in construction & Precast Projects projects.In-depth knowledge of contract law, construction contracts ,Fidic , and industry best practices.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction regulations.Membership in relevant professional organizations and precast industry experience is advantageous.English language proficiency is a must .
