- Periodically updating the list of consulting offices, contracting companies, and new projects.
- Conduct periodic research on information about new projects for real estate investment companies (data, land purchases, current projects, and future projects).
- Identifying the most attractive channels for customers and submitting their reports (hotline, website, means of communication, direct sales).
- Maintaining and classifying a customer database for easy follow-up and targeting offers and periodic updates.
- Follow up on potential opportunities and send close quotes to clients.
- Providing the products and solutions that the company offers to customers based on an understanding of the customer’s needs.
- Providing periodic updates to customers about products, solutions, and price updates periodically (email and WhatsApp campaigns).
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships.
- Coordinate and organize targeting and approvals with the business development team.
- Coordinating with the external sales team to follow up on the lists of companies implementing projects.
- Dealing with customer relationship management (CRM) programs and the daily updating of sales opportunities.
- Recording customer needs for unavailable products to study their manufacturing
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.from 1 to 5 Years of experience in sales and customer service ( preferred in construction and building materials filed ). Very good user in Microsoft office.Excellent oral communication and negotiation skills.
