- Partner with internal leaders to develop and execute talent acquisition/management strategies
- Create comprehensive search assignments, ensuring a thorough understanding of the job responsibilities, business requirements and talent gaps
- Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders on matters related to Job Description design, sourcing approach, candidate attraction and engagement and external trends/marketplace data
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, , and TA colleagues to create a partnership that yields consistent processes and results
- Develop and maintain a network of internal/external contacts to help source high potential talent Leverage recruiting technology resources daily.
- Initiate and participate in projects that further both TA and Business Function capability
- Interview and assess all candidates presented to hiring managers, including the use of face-to-face behavioral based interviewing methodologies
- Effectively manage the TA team to ensure all candidate/hiring manager coordination activities run smoothly and efficiently (job posting, scheduling, job offer processing, on boarding, etc.)
Bachelor's degree is required, Business Administration or Management Major is a plus.Minimum of 8-11 years’ experience in HRM.Prior experience in scale TA ops is a mustProject management capability for Talent Acquisition projectsAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsHR Diploma certificate is a must
