Prepare comprehensive reports on the findings of the document reviews, highlighting key areas that require attention or revision.
Ensure that all architectural documents comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure that the design intent is accurately reflected in the documents.
Act as the primary point of contact for consultants regarding document submissions.
Facilitate clear and effective communication between the consultants and the internal team to resolve any issues or concerns.
Provide architectural support throughout the project lifecycle, from design to construction.
Assist in the preparation of design presentations, reports, and other project-related documentation as needed.
Identify opportunities to improve the document review and reporting process.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance the quality of work.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.8-10 years of professional experience in architecture.Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.Strong organizational and time-management skills.
