Main Duties:
- Following up export / import shipments.

- Issuing shipping documents and final documents.
|
- Executing L/C terms and conditions and examining documents.
|
- Coordinating between Logistics department, Lab and Warehouse to achieve shipping plans.
|
- Communicating and arranging with insurance companies in order to prepare insurance policies.
|
- Following up and coordinating with financial department and forwarders for receiving documents related to export subsidy.
|
- Preparing paying out request for freight invoices and insurance.
|
- Updating the logistics database and sending report to Logistics Manager.
|
- Follow up the temporary release database for imported materials according to the instructions of the Logistics Manager.
|
1- Experience 4-5 years at Import / export process & cycles for manufacturing companies or forwarder.2- Experience at handling foreign customers & Suppliers.3- Has a good connection with shipping lines.4- Experience at customer service cycle.5- Experience at sales & payments terms.6- Export & Import DC experience.7- Export customs clearance cycle experience.8- Nafeza Experience is a plus.9- Fluent English.
