- • getting the monthly plan from the master planner as stage to make create the MO’s to start the machines ((Setup for Bulk, Pilots, Development Samples))
- • Create MO and plan running priorities on textile machines and allocate yarn availability to move forward on machines
- • updating the daily plan ((according to FIFO system)) with shift leaders to achieve the targets in daily basis
- • monitor the nautilus system accuracy ((EFF%, Machine stop, Defects))
- • making the invoices & contracts after building dye lots to be sent to the logistics to ship the goods from the Seamless Factory to Dye house
- • Follow-up of the rejected from shorting and production lines and making small MO to Knitting and dye again
