- Manage a team of executives to handle the assigned portfolio of clients
- Coach, direct, and assess the reporting account executives

- Manage the client’s relation to acquire needed briefs

- Collaborate with all internal teams to fulfill clients’ queries
- Elaborately brief internal teams to ensure strategies and plans are well-communicated
- Preserve the records of each client separately
- Act as a final quality assurance step before sending final deliveries
- Negotiate and close deals in a cost-efficient manner
- Pitch the company’s services and products to prospects/potential clients
- Develop thorough account plans for each handled client
- Delivery monthly business reports for each client
- Collect the data needed for internal teams to execute outputs
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5-7 years of proven experience in account management, preferably within an agency setting.Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a team of account executivesExcellent client management skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships.Proven project management abilities, with strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects.Strong analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Effective negotiation skills to close deals and manage client expectations.Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with client goals and business objectives.Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.Proficiency with CRM software, project management tools, and MS Office SuiteStrong focus on client satisfaction and relationship management.Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends and client needs.High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in deliverables.Certifications such as PMP, or relevant marketing certifications are a plus.
