- Generate sales opportunities by identifying customer needs and address them with the proper solution
- Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
- Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm. Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, channels, or teams supported.
- Present the solutions to the customers and prepare the technical offer for the solution and the cost sheet.
- Verify and confirm that the offer received from the distributor or vendor includes all components needed as per the approved design.
- Provides awareness of solutions and product knowledge and technical acumen to the sales team.
- Advise whether the opportunity requires a POC and define the guidelines of the scope of the POC.
- Coordinates closely with Channel Department to maintain/upgrade Vendors’ partnership levels by achieving required sales target and competencies.
Bachelor degree in computer engineering, Computer science or any related fields.At least 5 years experience in network infrastructure role such as pre-sale, post- sale, installation engineer or other related field.- good understanding of network architectures and solutions.Self-learning and study on new trends and technologies.- Flexibility and able to work in team environment.Direct experience with Cisco routing/Switching ,wireless LAN controller, software defined Network.CCNA, CCNP certified or equivalent are preferred.- Strong communication skill, interpersonal and presentations
