• Preparing, managing, reviewing and updating the overall projects schedule and specific project schedule.
• Performing critical path analysis of schedules.
• Integrating project budget and schedule to support project team analysis and reporting.
• Participating, assessing and advising in claims analysis, responsible for reviewing extension of impact on complex change requests and claims and where necessary prepare forensic planning and delay/ disruption analysis to determine the cause and effect of specific delay events.
• Work with project teams, which includes contracts and project engineers, to pull together the correct information in preparation of analysis for claims and disputes.
• Preparing schedule performance measurements reports, forecasts and studies.
• Preparing project plans and detailed manpower utilization plans.
• Reviewing critical paths and restraints to determine effect of changes on the schedule and recommends workarounds to mitigate impacts.
• Developing plans and recommendations for mitigation of impacts of schedule problems.
• Assisting in the preparation of the monthly progress report.
• Reviewing progress reports against current baseline schedules.
• Performing special analysis for resource loading and performance progress.
• Ensuring project policies and procedures are implemented accordingly.
• Developing action and recovery plans to support project delivery on time.
• Bachelor s degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering or other relevant.• Min. 8 to 13 years experience in the Construction and Engineering industry, Real Estate experience is a plus.• Extensive experience in construction planning, project budgeting, Project evaluation and financial aspects of construction projects.• Strong track record of successfully completed projects of all types and sizes.• Certified CCPKey Skills and Pre-requisites• Proficient in Primavera P6.• Proficient in MS office.• Strong critical thinking skills, problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills
