Job Responsibility:
Performs the process of purchasing the required raw materials for the company from its various locations in accordance with the company's goals and taking into account the achievement of the required goals and quality within a specific time frame
2. Follows up purchase orders on a daily basis, classifies them and sends the materials to be priced to suppliers
3. Reviews quotations for different materials and make sure that they technically match the required materials.
4. Makes a comparison between bids received from more than one supplier (3 bids or more) to reach the best offer.
5. He issues supply orders to suppliers based on the purchase orders sent from the requesting side and sends them to the selected supplier to start supplying the required raw materials.
6. Coordinates and follows up the supply in accordance with the company's time frame.
7. Issuing the required reports and data to the direct manager periodically to save the information for easy reference.
8. He makes sure that the required percentage of savings is achieved in the total purchases.
He periodically reconciles the suppliers ' covenants with the financial department.
Supervises the purchasing representatives and follows up their work to ensure the workflow.
