E2E troubleshooting Sr tech lead

Role Purpose:

•    Leading a team that is responsible to analyze and troubleshoot E2E Voice & Data network performance issues and ensure the best Mobile network performance through alignment and cooperation with Radio, CE, core, SM teams.
•    Leading a team that is responsible to analyze and troubleshoot benchmark and customer experience raised issues related to Mobile network to ensure best customer experience.
•    Able to Perform necessary network tunning and optimization and work with different domains to suggest improvement actions.
•    Able to Audit Network E2E Voice & Data domains nodes to detect network quality impacting spots and conduct the needed investigations for enhancements.
•    Able to ensure Service quality assurance for the activities to give the Go/No Go decision for the planned core Network Nodes changes based on utilizing different tools.
•    Crowdsourcing platform performance monitoring/analysis, spotting gaps/opportunities vs competitions, recommendations towards performance improvement. 

Whats needed from you:

Key Accountabilities and Decision ownership:
-    Troubleshooting and Auditing E2E Mobile Network including Google/Facebook CDNs, DNS, Load balancers, GGSNs, Optimizer, CS and IMS Nodes

Key performance indicators:
-     Performance improvement of Voice & Data KPIs and resolution of any performance degradation issues in Local Benchmark campaigns, NTRA, and Vodafone Group networks exam.
-     Best utilization of different tools to assess all core nodes performance to indicate the actual customer experience.
-     Ensure delivering the best Core Nodes network quality performance indicators from both Technology & customers perspectives for the Voice & Data network domains.
 

Skills required:

Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
-     B.Sc or M.Sc Degree in communication / electronics engineering.
-     Deep Knowledge in Voice (CS & IMS) and Packet Core domains, Radio knowledge is a Plus.
-     Hands on experience using analytics systems and troubleshooting tools like Wireshark.
-     Traces and KPIs analysis skills
-     Well Knowledge for 3G/4G/5G Networks topologies and flows 
-     IMS/CS Networks topologies and flows
•    Troubleshooting skills for different network cases 
•    Pcaps analysis skills for different PS Network nodes traces
•    TCP Analysis skills for wiresharks traces 
•    IP routing skills and basic knowledge
•    Interworking skills with different teams (Radio, CPN, Transmission , Fixed) Teams
•    Minimum experience +5 Years
