About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial department at our home electrical appliances manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash flow management, strategic planning, and the ability to build and lead a complete financial management team and system.
Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee all financial operations and direct corporate financial planning and structure.
•Manage cash flow and ensure liquidity to meet operational and strategic needs.
•Develop and implement strategic financial plans and budgets.
•Lead the development of a comprehensive financial management system.
•Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
•Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive management team.
•Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
•Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
•Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and financial institutions.
Requirements:
•Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
•Strong expertise in cash flow management and strategic financial planning.
•Experience in building and leading a financial management team.
•Advanced knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
•Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
•Strong leadership and communication abilities.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or professional qualifications such as CPA/CFA preferred).
