- Prepare analysis identifying incident trends and conduct training programs as necessary
- Review reports of injuries, property damage, and occupational diseases to determine causes and prevent recurrences.
- Develop safety manuals, bulletins, brochures, signs and presentations that promote a culture of safety throughout the Tollway.
- Review drivers files, Follow up and update tracking sheets (Vehicles & drivers data - Random drug test plan GPS tracking website data).
- Follow up on maintenance & tires for vehicles.
- Conduct Safety Induction for staff on site.
- Provide H&S induction for all site employees.
- Coordinate with departments heads in analyzing hazard, risk assessment, and incidents
