- Manage the Sales department, including all whole sellers in all over Egypt.
- Develops, manages and administers the planning, implementation and execution of all short and long term sales strategic plans.
- Lead Sales Team to achieve our short-term mission of expanding in all regions in Egypt, and long-term mission of expanding in other countries.
- Monitor sales activities by measuring and reporting on actual sales performance as compared to budget expectations.
- Assess the company's position in regards to sales, gross profit, market share and execution of marketing plans.
- Conduct Market Research and study market trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors on sales.
- Manage daily reports and report all the sales and performance to the management.
- Select, train and manage the Sales Team. Set their KPI's and monitor their performance.
- Flexible to travel anywhere within or outside Egypt.
15+ years of experience in the FMCG field in the same role.Excellent - Fluent English level.
