- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with key accounts to secure favorable agreements.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with agreements, promotional plans, and pricing policies.
- Develop and implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Ensure effective product placement, merchandising, and in-store visibility.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities and make adjustments as needed.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.Proven experience in sales, with a focus on modern trade or key account management.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong leadership and team management skills.Minimum of 7 years of experience in modern trade role.Experience in the FMCG is preferred.
